Quotes and pricing

• Prices are provided in advance and are subject to agreed scope.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments

• Website projects typically require a deposit before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion or as agreed in writing.
• Ongoing services (such as hosting or care plans) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time unless otherwise stated.

Ownership

Once full payment has been received:

• The website and delivered assets belong to the client.
• CostaWeb retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content and information
• Ensuring they have rights to any supplied text, images, or materials
• Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner

Hosting and third-party services

Where hosting or third-party services are provided:

• We are not responsible for outages beyond our control
• Clients remain free to move their site elsewhere if they choose

Liability

While we take care to deliver high-quality work:

• CostaWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Outstanding work or fees remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations.
